This page explains the data handling built into the current NEXOS website experience.

NEXOS Intelligence preview: the instant project-path preview on this website runs in your browser. The text you type into that preview is not sent to NEXOS unless you later choose to continue through a contact action.

Local document demo

If you choose a file in the current Document Intelligence demonstration, the website only uses local browser file metadata such as the filename, type and size to demonstrate the interface. The current demo does not upload, transmit or inspect the contents of that selected file.

Project enquiries

When you choose to continue a project enquiry through an external messaging or email service, the information you enter is passed to the service you selected so that you can contact NEXOS. Those services operate under their own privacy terms.

Voice input

If your browser supports speech recognition and you choose the voice feature, voice processing is provided by your browser or device implementation. NEXOS does not operate that browser speech-recognition service.

Website logs and hosting

Your web host or infrastructure provider may process standard technical request information needed to serve and protect the website, such as request time, browser information and network information, according to the configuration of the deployed hosting environment.

Confidential portfolio presentations

Selected confidential-engagement examples are presented without client names, logos, original screenshots, personal information or sensitive operational identifiers. Portfolio visuals are NEXOS-owned reconstructions using synthetic content and are intended to demonstrate engineering capability without disclosing client-confidential information.
